Uploading a few photos of your appliance (via the link beneath the form) will greatly assist us in understanding the issue. Once received, our engineer will contact you promptly to discuss the problem you’re experiencing, enabling us to arrive fully prepared and, ideally, complete the repair on the first visit.
Our fee is £70 plus the cost of any parts. This includes a return visit if the required parts are not immediately available.
